The baked apples were nothing short of magical! I also loved the extraordinarily large triple room with all the comfy amenities and a pristine bathroom. Perfect base for exploring the nearby Seville.

I received repetitive calls from a member of staff about a dinner bill, despite explaining I was hosting 30 guests at an event. Just one call and a payment link would’ve sufficed. Everything still shined overall.

The noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. I could hear constant sounds like furniture scraping and loud conversations through the walls, making it hard to relax. the swimming pool was only open after noon, which is absurd wanting to enjoy it in the morning.

The place was nice enough, and the pool area was super inviting, but the reception staff could really work on their friendliness. This was a bit of a downer, eh?

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the lovely swimming pool area, which, although smaller than expected, was still very inviting and well maintained.

Had a good time here! The room was super clean, and the beds were comfy. Loved that we could park for free! Staff were nice and check-in was easy. Just a little tricky without a car since it’s not too close to downtown. Definitely worth it for a family with kids.

The triple room was pretty spacious and comfy. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, which was a major plus. I also liked the personalized message waiting for us on check-in. But the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, with only eggs offered warm. It would’ve been nice to have more variety.
